Our Mission

The ConocoPhillips Splash Club is dedicated to providing excellence in competitive swimming; designed to develop character, leadership skills and self-discipline in an environment of teamwork and competition. 

Goals and Objectives

  • Operate a safe, progressive, and highly competitive swimming program.
  • Maintain a quality staff.
  • Develop excellence at the local, regional, national, and international levels.
  • Be the top parent organization in the area.
  • Maintain sufficient number of certified officials to operate quality competitions.
  • Provide quality equipment and training facilities for the organization.
  • Provide sufficient funding for current and future organizational needs.
  • Provide exposure to the best scientific and theoretic information available in the sport for our parents, swimmers, and coaches.
  • Provide accurate and complete communication to athletes and parents at every level of the organization.
  • Promote the sport of swimming by being FIRST CLASS ambassadors for themselves, the sport of swimming, their families, the ConocoPhillips Splash Club, ConocoPhillips, and the city of Bartlesville.
