The ConocoPhillips Splash Club is
dedicated to providing excellence in competitive swimming; designed
to develop character, leadership skills and self-discipline in an
environment of teamwork and competition.
Goals and
Objectives

Operate a safe, progressive,
and highly competitive swimming program.

Maintain a quality
staff.

Develop excellence at the
local, regional, national, and international levels.

Be the top parent organization
in the area.

Maintain sufficient number of
certified officials to operate quality competitions.

Provide quality equipment and
training facilities for the organization.

Provide sufficient funding for
current and future organizational needs.

Provide exposure to the best
scientific and theoretic information available in the sport for our
parents, swimmers, and coaches.

Provide accurate and complete
communication to athletes and parents at every level of the
organization.

Promote the sport of swimming
by being FIRST CLASS ambassadors for themselves, the sport of
swimming, their families, the ConocoPhillips Splash Club,
ConocoPhillips, and the city of Bartlesville.
